Makan Ikan Bikin Bekas Jahitan Gatal?

Walaupun rasa gatal pada penyembuhan luka jahitan adalah normal, ibu bisa melakukan beberapa cara untuk mengurangi rasa gatal. Berikut adalah cara-cara untuk mengurangi gatal pada jahitan:
Jaga Kebersihan
Saat ingin merawat jahitan, pastikan tangan dalam kondisi steril sehingga tidak memperparah infeksi.
Kompres dingin area jahitan
Kompres dingin dapat meredakan rasa gatal karena dapat memberikan efek mati rasa pada area yang dituju
Berikan krim pereda gatal
Saat terdapat bekas jahitan yang gatal, hindari menggunakan pakaian yang terlalu ketat karena bisa menyebabkan iritasi lebih lanjut.
Walaupun gatal pada jahitan bisa diatasi, perlu diingat bahwa menggaruknya dapat memperburuk kondisi kulit.
